Where is Benton Watches based?
Benton Watches is proudly based in Sydney, Australia. However, we ship our products globally free of charge to you!
Do you have any stores?
We currently do not have any permanent physical stores. Make sure you stay updated on any future events or pop-up stores by following our social media channels @bentonwatches.
When will my watch be shipped?
Here at Benton Watches, we are excited for you to receive your watch as soon as possible. That is why we pride ourselves on shipping out all orders within one business day! Please note, this does not include pre-orders
Can I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If it has been more than one business day since you placed your order and you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@benton-watches.com. It will be our pleasure to assist you!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on shipping out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will be more than happy to assist you if your order has yet to be shipped. Just send us an email to info@benton-watches.com.
How long until I get my watch if I pre-order it?
Our primary goal (other than helping make the world a better place) is to get you a high-quality watch in perfect condition. That is why we quality control each watch in every stage of the production process. Combine our perfectionism with Covid delays, and you get roughly a 6 month wait before you receive your Benton watch. We do make sure to give you regular updates every month to keep you in the loop!
Watch Specifications
What type of stainless steel is used?
All our watches feature 316L surgical grade stainless steel.
What type of movement do you use?
All of our watches currently use a Miyota Quartz Movement. We plan to make a new watch collection soon using the Miyota Automatic Movement.
What type of leather do you use?
We only use Genuine Italian Leather for all of our leather bands.
Are Benton Watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our watches feature a 5ATM level of water resistance, meaning that your watch is splash-proof. Feel free to wash your hands without worrying whether a bit of water will damage your watch.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We know that we have customers from all parts of the world and that's why we offer free shipping worldwide! We can send you a Benton Watch to any address or PO Box! Please note that although we cover the cost of shipping, you may still be charged by your local government for VAT, import taxes and/or customs duties.
When do you ship out orders?
We ship orders daily Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm AEST excluding holidays.
Can I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a
tracking number. If it has been more than one business day since you placed your order and
you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@benton-watches.com. It will be our pleasure to assist you!

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your Benton Watch! You can replace or return your watch to us within one year from the purchase date, free of charge if you aren't happy with it. Returns are only accepted for orders made from the Benton Watches website, and refunds must go back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All returns must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, including the original packaging, protective coverings and product information within the packaging. Please note that Benton Watches do not cover shipping costs for the returning of items. Please view our complete return policy HERE.
How do I exchange or return a product?
If you would like to exchange or return your product, please make sure that your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition and their original packaging. If your product meets the above criteria, please make sure to contact us using the below form within one year of the purchase date, and we will be more than happy to help you.
How long will my refund take?
You should generally receive your refund within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
Can I return/exchange a product that I purchased on sale?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or complimentary items.
Warranty
What is the warranty period for Benton Watches?
Benton Watches offers a 5-year warranty that covers all defects on watch parts and mechanics. If it's our fault, we want to make it right by either repairing the product or replacing it for you. Please note that this warranty does not cover any abuse of the watch, water damage, normal wear and tear, battery replacement, accidental glass damage or scratches, strap damage, or theft.
